Balancing The Scales

The only reason we agree to place a loved-one in a Nursing Home is because that home has promised us that they will take care of our loved-ones better than we ever could. When a Nursing Home fails in the trust that they asked us to give them, through neglect or abuse, the scales need to be balanced.
